Dream House Acres – Centennial, Colorado

Dream House Acres is a throwback to the Mid Mod Ranch homes of the 1960’s, but nestled in the central southern Denver suburb of Centennial.  Located at University and Orchard, this neighborhood boasts large lots, convenient Retail, Restaurant, and Shopping access with SouthGlenn and the University Shopping Center (with the coveted Trader Joe’s) both less than a mile away.  It is also a quick drive to Littleton, DTC, and C-470.

Most homes are mid mod ranches with full basements, however the large lots have become desirable for those looking to build a custom home but still be in the central South Metro suburbs.  With no HOA, which is unusual for most Centennial neighborhoods, it is also popular for those with boats, trailers, and other recreational vehicles.

Eastridge – Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Eastridge is the East side of Highlands Ranch, CO and has tons of community perks.  Being part of the Highlands Ranch Community Association (HOA for the whole city), you have access to all of the HRCA parks, greenspaces, walking trails, playgrounds, the nearby Sports Complex and Amphitheater, Rec Center, and so much more.  Highlands Ranch is in Douglas County School District and many parts of Eastridge are walkable to their nearby school.

Mostly comprised of a mix of suburban 2 story and ranch homes, many Eastridge homes will have basements and/or back to an open space, walking trail, or greenspace.  Since the majority of the area was developed after 1990, the lots/yards will be a bit smaller, but plenty of space for most family, gardening, pet needs while offering easy Highway access to I-25, C-470, and Southern RTD Light Rail Stations.

Most homes are 2 stories with basements (a few ranches mixed in), built between 1983 and 2008 by various builders.  Drive times are: ~45 min to Downtown, ~40 min to Cherry Creek, ~20 min to DTC.
